Use this method if you paid directly with a credit or debit card on our site
- Cancellation Page: Open our help section, and select ‘Cancel Account’.
- Log in: Enter the email address you used when you first subscribed and request a magic link to confirm it’s you.
- Cancel: Click the magic link in the email. You will be automatically logged into your dashboard where you can see your billing history. Click the ‘Cancel account’ button to confirm your cancellation.
- Access: Your payment method will be removed and no further payments will be taken, but you will still have access to the service until the end of your billing period.
Can't find your account?
If the system can't find your email, choose ‘I have a question about my subscription’ and complete the form. Please provide the last 4 digits of the card you used to pay to assist us in locating your account. We will contact you as quickly as possible to confirm your cancellation.
