Subscription Length and Cancellation
- No Contract: Device Tracker Plus is a flexible subscription with no long-term contract.
- Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time without a penalty or fee.
- Immediate Access Waiver: By purchasing our digital service, you agree to the immediate provision of the service. You waive your 14-day statutory right to cancel once the service has been fully delivered or accessed. If you have not accessed or used the service, your statutory cancellation rights may still apply during the 14-day period.
- Refunds: Refunds may be provided at our discretion where required under UK consumer law. Contact us if you wish to exercise your cancellation rights before access/use or if you need a refund.
Billing Information
- Billing Cycle: All Device Tracker Plus subscriptions are paid on a monthly basis.
- Payment Schedule: All fees are payable in advance at the beginning of your subscription term, and at the start of each billing period thereafter.
- Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew until you cancel it. We (or a third-party payment processor) will charge you each month on the anniversary of your subscription start date.
- Receipts: A receipt for your initial payment will be sent to your account email. You can log into your account at anytime to view and download your receipts.
