Device Tracker Plus is fundamentally built on a foundation of trust and consent. Our priority is to provide a service that helps subscribers keep their loved ones safe.
Consent Is Mandatory
- Explicit Consent Required: You must always have the full consent of the device owner or the person you are tracking.
- App Must Be Installed: For our service to work, the Device Tracker Plus app must be installed on the device you wish to track.
- No Sneaky Tracking: The app icon will be visible on the device once installed. This is not a tool for secret or anonymous tracking.
Policy Violation: Using our service with the intention to infringe the privacy of any person or to track anonymously is strictly forbidden and is against our Terms of Service.
What to Do If You Feel Unsafe
- If you are tracking someone without consent: Please make us aware so we can cancel your account.
If you believe your privacy is infringed: You should immediately notify us.
How to Know if You Are Being Tracked
- If the Device Tracker Plus app is installed on your phone and logged in, you are in a tracking group.
- If you are not logged into a group, or the app is not on your phone, you are not being tracked.
- You can open the app at any time to see who the other members of your group are.
- To stop sharing your location, you can either leave the group (see Article 6) or simply delete the app.
