A location request can have four statuses. Here is what each of them mean:
Located: This status confirms that the recipient has approved the location request. You can now view their precise location coordinates on the map in your dashboard.
Pending: This means the secure SMS request has been successfully delivered to the recipient's phone. We are currently waiting for them to tap the link and grant permission to share their location.
Blocked: This status appears if the recipient has chosen to opt out of future location requests from your account. For privacy and security reasons, you will no longer be able to send tracking requests to this specific number.
Expired: To protect user privacy, all web-based requests have a limited lifespan. If the recipient does not answer the request within 3 hours, the request will expire, and the status will update accordingly.
