I lost my device before signing up to Device Tracker Plus
- Outcome: Unfortunately, we cannot help locate the device.
- Reason: Device Tracker Plus must be installed on your device beforehand, as this allows our technology to link with your location settings. There is no way of sending the app to a device that has already been lost to try and track it.
